The health and safety of our guests and
staff is our top priority.

In addition to our regular sanitation and set-up procedures, we followed
recommendations from the LA Public Health office, the CDC, and the Serv-Safe
association in order to establish a list of additional safety procedures and
safely conduct our events.

All our events are held outdoor, and do not require any access to an inside space.
All employees received an extensive training from ServeSafe and a
Covid-19 certification from the restaurant association.

  • Buffet table is placed 6+ foot away from the station to keep
    guests away from the station.
  • Single use tongs are provided for guests convenience.
  • Order goes directly from the Chefs to the guests.
  • Chefs are using personal protective gear like a face mask.
  • Additional personal plexiglas shield available.
  • Single use gloves are changed often.
  • Hand sanitizers and soap are available for our teammates.
  • Chefs are allowed extra break to wash their hands.
  • Spray Sanitizer for all working surfaces, and phones or disinfecting
    wipes are used before and after service.
  • Employees are screened for symptoms before their shift.
  • Table side service available for even more social distancing.
  • Online pre-payment available for a contactless experience.
